Moel Fenlli: February 2007

Walk: We set off from Bwlch Penbarras car park up Moel Fenlli and were quickly enveloped by mist. Once on the summit the sun returned to afford fine views. On our way down we spied the Offa's Dyke glacier, and photographed ourselves ascending it. We discovered a fine old car dump in the woods, and later some spectacular tree damage from the storms in January. Refreshments: At lunchtime the Clwyd Gateway pub provided a decent tart, but appalling music. Back to Walk Club Home Page
