Hilbre Island: March 2007
After a full day climbing Tryfan the day before, followed by an even fuller Pete's Eats' dinner, we staggered off towards Hiibre for our March walk. Although overcast and breezy, we were rewarded with good views of seals around the old lifeboat house. Terry and Richard brought out gigantic flasks of tea which brighted the gloom of the weather on Hilbre. Refreshments: Marigolds provided us with huge portions of fish and chips on our return, making a fine lunch for us all back at the Park Road flat. Back to Home Page
