12 marked 10 years since I completed the Bob Graham Round (no.1053). To
reminisce I walked the section on Hall's Fell Ridge on Blencathra. I took
a fine lunch of cheeses and breads bought locally, and munched my way through
them halfway up, enjoying brilliant views, and wondering how I ever managed
to do the Round. The ridge section was quite blustery, and rain threatened
on the top - which made for exciting photos as the clouds loomed. Jogged
down to Threlkeld, and then to Maysons for dinner (Maysons was control centre
during my Bob Graham). Return to Home Page |
