To celebrate the New Year, we set about climbing this snowy peak from Capel Curig; the frost was heavy but not too treacherous on the summit. Doris romped up oblivious to the cold. Slow going underfoot on the steep descent, we were later than we thought, but arrived down in daylight - only to be stampeded by cantankerous horses. Doris was fleet footed enough to avoid them, fortunately. Return to Home Page
